Orders are processed on the day received, and are shipped same day provided order is received by 11 a.m. Pacific Time.
We also combine shipping on multiple orders that require additional shipping (such as International orders). All orders that are within the United States include shipping and handling in the price of the item.

Q. Can I create a gift order for someone and ask you to ship it to an address other than my own?
A. Absolutely. Just send us a separate e-mail HERE with your exact instructions. We will respond to that e-mail with a confirmation which lets you know that we have received and have responded to your special instructions.
Q. Can I pay by check or money order if I don't have a Paypal account?
A. Of course you may. Just SEND US AN E-MAIL that includes the following ordering information:
- Name of each item
- The amount of each item you would like
- Your shipping address
Q. What if I don't care for the product once I've purchased it?
A. Just return the unused portion for a complete 100% refund of your purchase price. We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't satisfied, than neither are we. It's that simple.

Q. Are your products considerate of the environment and of the labor provided by developing nations?
A. Every Granny Annie product is made in the USA by skilled chandlers who are engaged in every step of the soap making process and the creation of our unrefined shea butters. Our shea extracts are grown and processed by West African women who are fairly paid for their labor and enjoy a safe and positive work environment. All packaging meets the goals for 'green' environmental impact standards and the plastics used are not harmful and are degradable.
